and pedestrian paths of travel and municipal facilities.
We have done this in diverse conditions and terrain, from California
to Florida, including Alaska. We have surveyed and certified
over 3 million linear feet of pedestrian public rights-of-way

prepared Title II ADA transition plans and/or ADA compliance

ACS uses cutting-edge technologies including custom ADA software;
which assist the private and public sector including municipalities
and governmental agencies in evaluating and administering their
ADA Transition/ Plans and cost effectively implementing the proposed
solutions. We have developed and use custom ADA facility compliance,
mapping, and transition plan development software (ESRI-ArcGIS
technology);
which we know to easily interface with most public works, municipal
and governmental mapping, and procurement software. We have authored
many technical publications including but not limited to: the “Field
Survey Protocol & Checklist: Accessible Rights-of-Way for Sidewalks,
Street Crossings, Pedestrian Facilities and Elements,” the “Surface
Alignment Measuring Protocol for Accessible Elements,” the “ADA
Construction Cost Estimator” which include DOT and MS Means
unitary cost database, and the “ADAAG Construction Tolerance
Guide” all currently used by other ADA consultants, governments
and the private sector to meet their accessibility needs. We are
licensed by the Construction Industry Licensing Board (“CILB”)
and the Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Licensing Board
(“BCILB”) as Continuing Education providers in the area
of accessibility; in fact we are one of the few providers in the
Country that gives CEU’s on ADA Title II Transition Plan Development

working hand-in-hand with governmental bodies and private clients
in satisfying their ADA needs and our past interactions with the
Department of Justice and the Access Board regarding these issues.
We have executed, thus far, all of our obligations without flaw
or negative critique from any client. We consider our core strength
of commitment to results - even at our own expense - as our only
weakness. ACS works very hard to produce a superior work product
and we are very proud of our accomplishments. We deliver what you
ask for when you need it and have a record to prove it.
